We are also able to attend site, if needed, for any critical failures and routine maintenance days.
We can advise of any routine maintenance needs, which will depend on your company and your systems, not dictated by support contracts!
If probelms can not be resolved remotley, which is not very often, an onsite visit may be needed.
Usually onsite days are only required if you have new equipment to be installed, or a serious hardware failure which means we can not connect to the broken equipment.
