Below are just a few examples of work to give you an idea how we can help you remotley and onsite.

Remote Support Examples

1. Set up a new wireless access point on an existing network. This was set securley and tested in under 30 minutes.

2. 'Slow' PC that Kept crashing: We found various viruses and spyware programs on the PC that caused the pc to react erractically. These were removed and virus scanner installed to help prevent future infections.

3. Registered a new domian name for a client and then set up their email client to send and receive the email for this domain.

4. Client had their Microsoft Exchnage Server (Email) not working. The database had become corrupted and needed to be restored and repaired back to a working state.

Onsite Support Examples

1. Customer required a new broadband connection installing with a wireless connection for 3 laptops.

2. PC had a failed hard disk. This was replaced with a new one and the data recovered from the old hard disk was loaded on to the new disk.

3. New Small business Server 2003 installation with 5 PC's. Also set up remote web access to email and emails being delivered to mobile phones using Microsoft Exchange Server.
